Help me fill in my Kookaburra set please
 

I am buying one of each year and would like to put it in a nice holder.

Can you help me find the missing years?
What year did Kooks start?
What would be a great holder for these?

2008, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003, 2001, 2000, 1996, 1993,1991 these are all Uncirculated

I've never listed all of my Kooks but I've got a bunch. Most of mine came from fleabay though I've found a couple through coin shows.

Whew! I just checked completed sales for Kooks on fleabay and they are getting pricey. Looks like people are paying around $30 on average including shipping. Seems like that the price has gone up by around $8 in a short while. But it does look like if you are patient, you can get them for the very low $20 range.
